Can I tell him I Like You

I have thought this so many times and sometimes with my friends too and never made a decision.
Meet him when i was 19, now i`m 32. We were friends in the beginning and i liked someone else. After everything was over with that other guy, i started going out with him. Always as friends. And used him as a shield not to fall for someone else. Wanted to be strong and always telling others that i didn`t want to be with someone because i was happy by myself.
At the beginning was the truth but after sometimes something changed and i started to think about him in a different way.
I tried many ways to get away from him but after sometimes i`m still here thinking about him.
Can you give some opinion on that. This year i wish i can give this thing a solution. Maybe i`m ready even to lose him as a friend.

The best way to find out is by telling... And yes you have to tell him... You need to tell him so that whatever happens atleast you will have peace in your mind

@gaianoor better make it a promise rather than resolution... Because resolution isn't a word normally associated with closure ;)

Give words to your feelings this time...tell him..I am somewhat sure he also thinks the same and may be not expressing it just in fear he looses you..go girl just express it...everything will in your favour..All the best...

Go and tell him! If he doesn't reciprocate your feelings, then that's the time to move on with your feelings for him.

@gaianoor Maybe he was really busy like he he has an errand. Try other next week and if he refused to go with you, then, that's may be a sign.

taking your friendship to a deeper level needn't be the end of your friendship and if he is a friend he should at least listen to how you feel about him - good luck whatever you choose to do

I would say if you feel you will lose a great friendship then don't tell him you like him and if you have noting to lose then tell him and maybe he will feel the same way and then it is good.

honestly hun it sounds like he would be the perfect guy for you after being there all along. sounds like you already know your answer in your heart, you say its a chance to lose him as a friend but honestly if he hasn't gone anywhere yet even if he don't feel like that towards you i doubt you will lose him and if ya'll go for it head on then you found your best friend for life anyways good luck hun and let us know how it goes
