My friend livea in Toronto and was allowing warm up in her apartment. As many other cities a high homeless population. Many rrom this area go to Toronto as nothing is local here or any help. Well Toronto doesnt either. Shelters and different drop off places have turned them away. In -40C temperatures. It is slightly warmer in Toronto -30C but it is still cold to be outside for extended periods. I go out from the building to my car, and it goes through you then heating my car up. So far the count is 70 have died this winter.

@ricki_911 _That is really sad. Doesn't Canada have better health care compare to the US? I would assume they had more facilities to accommodate the homeless.

That’s really a shame. That’s definitely a lot of deaths.

It is! Especially since many places turn them away.
