We all knew the day would come when the Christmas break was over. I am up, fed, and dressed and ready to go. That is, if I can decide what to take for lunch. Hubby went back to work yesterday. He is all packed up. I think I am glad to be going back although I just was getting in the swing of getting stuff done here at home. Do you have any plans?

Mine are sometimes exciting in a negative way.

We are on the road to Florida so it is different every day. The weather has turned really interesting on the drive down.

I hope "interesting" is the same as "good".

@GardenGerty lol Not exactly it was frigid and while we didn't drive through the freezing rain we had to stay put a day and then change our route to avoid it

Have a good day at work. We are leaving for a ride to Palm Beach and lunch.

I may be "retired" but I am still busy. This week I'm babysitting...then I'm getting down to crunch time to prepare for my move in early February.

I know, things never really slow down, they just change.

You work retail, or sales, right? One of the disadvantages of those jobs.

It is funny how getting a bit of a break from work can sometimes get us out of step. Things here are all as they were last month.

The day back after a layoff is the worst but once it's over, you'll return to the normal rhythm of things.

It all depends on the students and how out of routine they have gotten.
