People in our apartments have a steep late fee for paying late. Maybe, this would help them pay on time.

@andriaperry we have a thirty five dollar late fee even here if we are latepaying the roo and board m ine if paid forby social secirutiy and ssi so ialways on time

I do have a late fee, sometimes they all push collection to the last day beofre late fees apply.

It was just another day at the office. Not to busy but did payroll. Got the bathroom cleaned and a few things in the office cleaned. Need more time to cleam but never enough time to do it so little by little i can do something,

My day has just started. It's the fourth day of January here and I went to the office early and that's because I had to drop by my son's school as he forgot his badminton at home. This is the firs time in so many months that I arrived in the office at 9am and I am mylotting now.

my day is calm, things are getting back to normal. im assuming busted pipes are a bit of a common occurence in cold areas.

I do not know. I am in Alabama and we usually are not this cold, well maybe one week in late feb. This weekend they predict normal temps 50 degrees!

A pretty good day here, did her school work of course, cleaned, made supper and then came upstairs and started cleaning and going thru my clothes going to try to downsize them. I have been getting on here later it seems and need to do some catching up. Hope all else is well with you.

I went to bed with a migraine last night and woke up with a migraine today, so I pretty much slept all day until I felt okay enough to get up and attempt to function. It's supposed to rain in the next couple days, so maybe that's what's causing the migraines, as change of weather always triggers them for me.

There are people that do not care about others and then there are those that care. I bet if you waited till the next day that she would say come back again. It is sad how you have to stand your ground with people.
