Good Mornin 1/4 Woke to a blanket of white

Well, it really wasn't clear from the weather report if we were going to get any snow or not..but I noticed before I went to bed it had started to snow and the ground was already covered. I don't think much more fell after I looked out though because I would say we only have about an inch if that. Of course, the big story are the winds and the drop in temp again. It is quite windy today, with the gusts picking up at times. I am so glad I got my shops out of the way yesterday. Will you be affected by this storm?

"It never rains in Southern California, but when it does, it pours..man it pours." Has there ever been snow there? I heard about some once on the news I think.

It depends on where you are. If you're being hit by the snow bomb on the east coast, no, I won't be affected by it. Now, if you're west of the Mississippi, then it's highly possible, depending on the direction of your storm that it could come my way. I love white, so I hope you're west of the Mississippi, because I have no hope of seeing what's happening on the east coast.

Not snow, just cold. today it will be 30 again with the teens for lows. By Saturday we get back out 50`s

I'm lucky to be in far southwest TX, it's cold for me but not nearly as cold as it is for those stuck in the winter storm areas.

Yep, it is going to be one frigid weekend here..it looks like it gets a bit better during the day on Sunday though..thankfully, because I will probably start going stir crazy.
