How do you like your eggs done?

A triple sunny side up? Yes, that was my quick breakfast the other day. Actually, it was my brunch. Nope, I don't like sunny side up very much. I end up eating the yolk, never the white. Bad for cholesterol? Much aware I am. Still I couldn't eat the white. I prefer scrambled, with cheddar cheese. Omelets will do, too. Poached? Not excited. What about you?

I usually fry my eggs on both sides with a little salt and pepper. I do really like scrambled eggs with cheese though, so we have that in common. Sometimes I'll drop an egg into my ramen while I'm cooking it. I've never tried eggs benedict, but I want to.

That's a fritata, I think. Thanks for reminding me. I will concoct that one of these days. Suddenly, I have a craving for corned beef.

@ilocosboy Tortang talong is eggplant omelet. i like that, too. The grilling is a problem for a lazy cook such as me, though. Ha ha.

Simple taste. My choice, too, when I am in a hurry.

Sunny-side up, hard-boiled, soft-boiled, and scrambled are fine with me.

Really? Oh wow, good thing you have no picky palate. In my family of three, we have three different preferences. Ha ha.

Scrambled it is... That's the way I like them... This sunny side up only happens when I am too lazy to make any other thing

Indolence, as in the case when I was in haste cooking my brunch meal. Instead of frying three separate sunny sides, I put all three in one frying,. Ha ha

Personally it depends on my mood, and Yes, some people do tend to leave the Whites too runny with Sunny side up, but if the yolk is not runny the eggs usually are too rubbery. Scrambles is always good.

I like the way you described that. Like a poem. Never thought of the eggs runny nor rubbery and sure thought that funny. Now I will eat eggs in a whole new perspective.

Would you believe that when I was little, our househelp would put raw eggs on our hot rice, splash some salt, and we, the children, would eat yummy. I never gave meal to my children. They say though that raw eggs are healthy.

We tend to stir our eggs in with leftovers from the meal the night before. Our eggs are super fresh cause they come form our hens.

Organic eggs. Wow. And you have them in your yard. I buy my brown organic eggs from the grocery. Pretty expensive Lenore, I used to have a henhouse in my backyard, and we had fresh eggs, too. I loved my mini farm

I love my eggs scrambled and sunny side up too! I don't want it to still be looking wet. I prefer the stiff look when I am going to go for some sunny side up. =)
