Two walks sounds good. I should do some cleaning (more like tossing) as well.

I'm feeling HUNGRY! I don't want to finish it because I enjoy the process as much as the product. I like having on-going projects.

@m_audrey6788 I'm heating up some leftover burrito right now. I put a big piece of Brie in the middle. Tonight, we play music at a BBQ place, so I'll have a big meal at around 7 PM.

@TheHorse it is similar to a smart watch that tracks down number of steps taken, sleep patterns, heartbeat, and calories burned. Other fitness bands track more things related to one's health. The more popular brands are Fitbit and Garmin.

What is a fitness band?

@TheHorse .....I have old papers I don't need anymore. Just takes time to go through it.

I should do that too! I have old exams, old papers, old receipts, and other things that should simply be tossed.

@celticeagle I have some coffee brewing. After I sip that coffee, I am going to go on a "mission from god" to get rid of at least 60 lbs f papers I don't need any more.

I wound up doing dishes and laundry as well. We had a gig in the evening (at a BBQ place), and I wound up eating prime rib for dinner.

Congratulations on your new vocation! Are you going to be able to replace or reinforce the joist yourselves?

@kobesbuddy That's kind of what I was thinking.

@TheHorse Jay hasn't figured it out yet. Some way, that joist has to be fixed. I suggested him taking a short piece the same size, jacking things up to be level, then bolting both ends to the old joist. Whether this will work or not, I'm unsure if it will

I think it got up to around 63 here as well. I was in my t-shirt for awhile.

@TheHorse — thankfullly, no. Amid all of the cold we’ve had (I think they said it hasn’t been above freezing since Christmas Eve), we’ve had no more than a trace of precipitation. That all changes today. It will be above freezing as far as the air temperature goes, but they warn that the ground is frozen, so anything that falls will freeze on contact. Think I’ll take my sleeping bag and sleep at work tonight....

Is there a carpet of snow there?
