Actually I decided that I wouldn't make 'new year resolutions' this year, instead I decided to make life changing promises to my self to obtain balance in my life! So far so good....how about you?

That's great promises! I hope you will get what you wanted in life! Yeah, there are ñew year resolutions but sometimes they don't yo on the way we say Thank you!
