To Workout Or Not To Workout?

New Years Resolution time is here. Many have used this classic favorite, "I'm going to get in shape or join a gym to start the New Year." When it comes down to it, few people actually want to put in the work it takes to achieve such fine physical form. Hey, it tough work requiring a lot of focus and dedication to achieve those results. After all, we are not runway models or professional athletes. So, what happens... after a time we think of creative excuses to quit working out. Here are a few of the more popular excuses given to trainers that keep us out of that pilates class or off the exercise bike. -"I DON'T WANT TO GET TOO BULKY" -"I'M TOO OUT OF SHAPE TO WORK OUT" -"I FORGOT MY HEADPHONES" -"PEOPLE WILL NOTICE HOW OUT OF SHAPE I AM" -"IT'S COLD OUT AND I DON'T WANT TO PULL SOMETHING" -"I DON'T WANT TO GET TOO TIRED BECAUSE I'M GOING OUT" -"THERE WON'T BE ENOUGH MACHINES AVAILABLE" -"I ATE HEALTHY TODAY SO I DON'T NEED TO GO" -"I JUST DID MY NAILS OR HAIR" -"MY WORKOUT BUDDY IS A NO-SHOW" Now those definitely were some really wacky reasons given to this interviewer from "Cheapism" magazine for their article. I am sure there are other reasons people use you could add to this list. Can you think of any excuses you have heard from people to avoid exercising?
