My closest buddy's birthday is coming and I am really confused about card ideas. I want to make a handmade creative card yet I am not able to figure out anything. I am confused

I want to do something really different. I have searched YouTube, internet yet am not able to get a different idea. Can you suggest me some creative ideas for it?

I usually make a card with something the person likes. The last one I printed off a sheet of wild life and wrote something to fit them and told them to have a Happy Birthday.
