Tuesday Diet 09 01 2018

Second day on this diet. Today i could eat baked potatoes in the morning. Vegetables during the day and the cabbage soup. I`m great with potatoes and vegetable, but i wish i could do something else instead of the soup. A lot of water for me today.

I'm on diet to. For tonight supper I just eat soup and I will try training a little.

@mrki444 a while ago i did cross fit and i really love that. For now i will start with some run and exercises.

Many we know eat exactly the way you mention here on a regular basis. Staying with vegetables always seems to be a good idea.
