Favorite "Highway" Songs #4 - "Heading Out to the Highway"

With my girlfriend and I planning on doing a little van dwelling, traveling around and doing things we haven't done, @JohnRoberts suggested a countdown of my favorite songs with "highway" in the title. So I floored it, and here we are at #4: "Heading Out to the Highway" by Judas Priest. Highly influential British group Judas Priest is one of heavy metal's all-time great bands. Taking their name from Bob Dylan's "The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest," the Grammy winners have sold over 50 million records worldwide. From their 1981 album, Point of Entry, "Heading Out to the Highway" is a perfect example of the band's more radio-friendly approach on that album, and has been a live staple for the group since it's release. The single was a minor hit, reaching #10 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. I've linked to a live version from the band's Fuel for Life tour. Frankly, it's awesome! This definitely goes back to my youth. My one friend always saying to listen to them. He was the one that would always recommend a band and then say if only people did not think they where devil worshipers every band he recommended. I was like stop, only reason I never checked some out is because I thought you were really a devil worshiper. No, just had real religious mom.
