I made a shopping list last night and I was able to purchase all of the items on that list. First on the list were a pattern and fabric so that I can make a pair of boxers for the main character in the upcoming play at the community theater. Next on the list were masking tape, a black t-shirt with a pocket, a couple of Sharpies, and a hair brush. Last on the list was for Goodwill so that I could purchase a few tops and skirts for one of the female characters in the play. There was one thing that was not on the list though. I also wound up getting a new phone at Best Buy. It has twice the space of what my old phone had. I still have service with Verizon. I also got a new cover for it and a stylus. It's a pretty rare occurrence for me to get all the items on my shopping list. Are you always able to get everything that is on your list?

I can understand that! Would be kind of hard to get on the mainland all the time for shopping. I bet the shopping on the island is pretty limited.

I can't always rely on my brain to remember to get everything I need. That's why I write a list!

That is a good amount that you saved. I have an app on my phone called Ibotta and you get refunds/rebates for purchases of certain items at the stores listed with them. I have had at least $60 sent to my paypal account from Ibotta. You can also redeem your savings for gift cards at different stores.

I usually do, all the stores are not far from our house, I make a list and I can visit all of them when I go out.

That is good that the stores are not far from you. For any grocery shopping I have to do, it is at least a 2 mile drive. And that is in town!

@bluerubymoon53 I have stores at walking distance. The big grocery store is 1 mile from home, my husband drives me there once a week.
