Guns, Trespassing and Police

I have had enough of this little punk, pushing himself on me. Seems like the crazy people make sue they come all the way down to my home to shoot guns. Then he came here to "TELL" me I do not have a right to say a word about him shooting his gun, told us the police told him he could shot by my home and the game warden walked it off with him. I call the game warden and he denied that. I had to call 911 reported him because he would not leave when I told him to go, he stood and argued with Tony. After the game warden left their house and the police left here, that same punk came back to the lot next to mine after dark and turned his hunting dogs loose on my land, coon hunting as they call it. I will make a call to my attorney, because I know this is not legal, tomorrow. I just finished a couple hours of research, things are about to change. I am not depending on the locals no more since they do not follow the law,I am going to the state. No guns needed in this fight, I am so tired of being outside with my dogs or plants, that was what I was doing, working with my indoor garden, re potting on the front porch and shot guns being fired less than 100 yards from me. Sorry for the rant but enough is enough tthis is 8 years of nonsense.

Sorry for situation. I can relate a little to the issue because years ago when I lived in the country had to accept hunting season as a time to stay inside. It was a bad idea to go for a walk in the woods dressed in a fur coat with funny little antlers on your head. Still the local people at that time there I would compare to hillbillies out of Kentucky. They talked with a drool kind of slur dialect that came from never leaving the area for generations and did have a I can do what my granddaddy did attitude.
@andriaperry My next door neighbour that lived down the back road in the woods was from the city and told me he had locals boldly crossing his land with rifles hunting. They told him they had always hunted there. It was their way of thinking that passed right by any law of land ownership or any law for that matter. They didn't think there was anything wrong with it and trespassing wasn't in their vocab. So yeah I hear you and you have my sympathies. You should be able to live in peace on your own property. For me it is pot smokers and not much I can do about that now.

Sounds like our police here in town, if we want anything done you have to sue, as the PSP wont do anything either. They tell us to just call our police when they are in, (we don't have a full time force, just part time). I hope that this is all fixed for you.

im sures theres a city or state ordinance stating distance from property . im sure he would also need your permission to hunt on your land if you own any where hes hunting. hes stupid, you tried settling with him by reasoning, now the only way to go is by law. shame it had to come to that. unnecessary expense on your part. id find a way to charge him for the cost if it ever goes to court. once again, hes stupid.
