Dare To Pet Wild Animal?

I took the photo last week when we went to a zoo. There are wild animals like lions, tigers, crocodiles, ostrich among others. This man is a handler of this cheetah. Its amazing how they tame wild animals and follow their command. Me? Can't even touch any of those. Its amazing how these ferocious animals behave like a pet dog. Maybe its their skills to do that. It would take lots of courage to command.

That is why its so amazing to see those people who dare to train these wild animals and then present some show.

In the zoo we went, there was even a tiger show they presented, the handler are so brave.

The only wild animal I got to hold and carry was a giant burmese python. No I wont touch wild big cats, they are more dangerous and unpredictable, they can kill you with one snap or a bite in the neck.

@ilocosboy I am not afraid of reptiles, their skin is dry not wet and slimy as rumored , large snakes are dangerous only when hungry, but I won't dare go near a crocodile like that guy in the crocodile farm in star city Manila

Snakes is one of my fear, I cannot do touch snakes even that beautiful yellow snake.

I saw that in Baluarte zoo in Vigan city, the got many wild animals there.

Wild animals are meant to be wild, they shouldn’t be tamed, they should be left alone and able to live in their natural environments. Something I feel very strongly about.

@ilocosboy I have nothing against zoos, so long as the animals are being treated kindly and in a humane way :)
