Every day we have different things to do in our lives.when you wake in the morning.what first did you do?every day is a new day that needs to fulfill the task.do some important things, ready for work, going to class or ready for households activity.

The first thing I do is pray. Then, I get my icepack in the refrigerator and put it on my closed eyes while I lie down for 5 - 7 minutes.
