I like the phrase. I've been looking for an interesting topic, and this was the only one that has caught my attention in the past 15 minutes. Lol! I don't stress eat, I actually eat less when I'm stressed because I'm too stressed to feel hungry, but I force myself to eat small portions of stuff throughout the day so I don't lose any nutrients.
thanks for saying it was interesting Yes, I understand that stress can affect us differently, and we can react differently to other kinds of stressors as well. Anxiety causes my appetite to curb whereas sadness makes me stress eat.
When I am very very anxious or nervous, I lose my appetite - the butterflies in my tummies are enough to make me feel sick. I guess the times I stress-eat is when I am very sad, or upset. Or maybe it's just PMS most of the time.
