Fresh Fruits and Vegetables.

I like to buy all the fresh fruits and vegetables that I can afford to buy in the summer while they are cheap and fresh. Fresh fruits and vegetables are better for you to eat. They have all of the vitamins and other healthy items in them. So buy what you can afford all summer long. Before the prices go up.

Yes i also love fruits and veggies. Especially in season. Some fruits are too expensive when not in season for sure.

Whether summer or winter, we always buy fresh fruits and veggies. And I also get some frozen ones as well, just in case I ran out and need to cook something healthy without running to the shop.

Usually here we buy and use directly most of the season fruit and vegetable. Only little things frozen and used later

Here in Latvia most fruit and vegetables are up and down in prices even during the summer. Since I love vegetables I always have some frozen on hand.

I eat fresh vegetables every day all year long. I don’t eat as much fruit as I should. Too much sugar and empty calories.

I also try to buy locally when I can, and also organic when available. The amount of pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and other toxic chemicals in our mass-produced farms is alarming, so I prefer locally grown edibles that aren't full of chemicals.
