What's for dinner? January 13

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I made a lasagna this afternoon and it is currently baking in the oven. The recipe is from Jerry Traunfeld's The Herbal Kitchen cookbook. It is a wonderful lasagna with layers of tomato sauce, ricotta, and a pesto bechamel. It also uses oven-ready noodles so you don't have to deal with boiling them and then burning your hands on hot pasta. I like this lasagna as it is "lighter" but my husband doesn't because there is no meat in it. Oh well. Too bad for him.

I love lasagna especially since those no boil noodles cuts down on the time. Tonight it's a simple meal for us...hamburgers (no bun) sweet potato fries, sauteed onions and roasted cauliflower

I tried the no boil ones and they came out harder then I wanted so I never used them again
