How many of you send things registered or regular mail?

I prefer registered. I can check if there is a problem what happened to the package. I also what to make sure it gets to the the person. So, what do you prefer to send to people?

Our mail system is pretty reliable and I will only send registered if I need proof that I send an item as it is much more expensive.

Nowadays I hardly make use of snail mail. It is mostly emails. If something is very important then by regd mail or courier - siva

Most times I use regular mail. If I am shipping an item I will use priority mail which includes insurance. If it is an important document then I would use registered.

That is a great idea priority mail DB. I have never heard of it.

@dgobucks226 DB, I do not deal in dollars here in Israel unless have to. I deal with shekels and I do not like to order things online. I prefer to buy things here in Israel. Thanks anyway.

@Hannihar They provide you a box for free. Charge you a flat rate for the chosen size and it arrives to the person in 2 days Hanni. I sell items at times and for a fraction more in cost you get a pretty good deal.

I only register an important item. Everything else goes by regular mail.

I usually send regular, but with the problem I had in November, I won't be sending packages through the mail anymore. They'll go UPS.

Since our mail system is so bad here I like to make sure people get what I send outside of here so send registered.
