Well ....   I'm  back at work in the uk...    I took a short walk today, and found a little woodland area,  with a series of walks, colour coded to varying lengths....   and I chose the red walk... which was the shortest... but I intend going back another day to do the other walks... it was a grey day, but ...  just as I was coming to the end of my walk,  a late burst of golden sun,  burst thru the grey sky and bathed some of the trees in a lovely golden yellow ... I love walking in the countryside close to nature... the post picture is of a picture quote which I thought captured my sentiments very well... just as a side note ....   I don't  have any need for a therapist..., but...  I do find walking in the countryside,  soothing ..., restful..,  and therapeutic...
