Tonight is kind of a thrown together meal, I'm not feeling good and we need to go grocery shopping. But anyway here goes: Clam Strips $2.00 Stuffing $2.18 Oysters $1.60 potatoes $0.50 Seasonings etc $0.50 Total for a meal for two: $6.78, grented the clam strips were from work and the oysters were smoked and canned, but still. It was filling, cheap and yummy. What did you have?

That is awesome to tally everything up to see the cost. My son had chicken nuggets and I had leftovers. My daughter was out to dinner with friends and has French onion soup (which she hated) and linguine Alfredo.

@thislittlepennyearns she hates onions so when I picked her up I asked why she even ordered it lol She said they named there soups and she didn't know what they were so she chose the last choice It came free with her meal so at least she didn't order it extra and waste more money.

I am not really an oyster fan, but I would eat the rest of it. I had hot dogs and sauerkraut..not really what I should be eating...but I am going to have some healthy fish tomorrow.

Yum. Last night I made some ground beef with broccoli and a bit too much teriyaki sauce.

I buy those clams from the freezer section, Tony loves them. We went out for dinner and it was fish and shrimp

Interesting meal. I've never had clam strips or oysters. Supper was a turkey leg and wing, and baked potatoes.
