A Restful Day

I went back to bed for a nap today and since the daylight is short I got my bath and fed and watered the dogs and the cat.
I have not ate out in a while so I took Tony out for fish and I had shrimp.
I also stopped to get the diabetic supplies in case it does snow Tuesday.
At CVS I used coupons with the sales and extra bucks to restock Tony`s Boost he drinks, doctors orders because he need all the extra vitamins. The total was around $35 for 4 six packs and after coupons I paid just $7.70
Then we took my uncle cuz some soups and orange juice he is down with the flu, his son was visiting so he took the food in, I was going to set it on the porch, knock on the door and run.
So a wonderful no drama day, how was your day?

@lnillerman Sunday are not "legal holidays", it's a day the public offices are closed. I think that even in the United States public workers do not work on Sundays.

You saved a lot with the coupons, good deal.
Funny you were really just dropping off the soup.. no need to catch that flu bug.
Had home made soup the other day, in this weather, soup sounds great.

I worked today and then have been trying to get over this funk this afternoon. I think I am about to head to bed with some youtube videos until I fall asleep. Tomorrow is another day of work and then several days off.

Monday here and it's salary day here for our employees so I'm currently in the office waiting to sign for the payroll.
The whole weekend was kind of gloomy and unintentionally I had a nap and woke up with a headache. I hate taking naps as sleeping during the day gives me headaches and makes me feel lazy.

No drama here either. I canceled a planned attendance at a memorial service since I seem to be getting a cold. I slept two hours this afternoon and feel some better now.
