Suddenly Remembered the Past

Some of the past is still clear to me. I still remember my late sister seeing me off at the train station. I was to move to another city for further education. I was so sad at the time as I had never been away from my parents. During the train trip, I couldn't stop my tears rolling. Even when I arrived I was still sad and wished I'd go back. The sadness took a week to get out of my mind and I began adjusting myself to a new surrounding. After a year and a half, I returned to my hometown to continue working with a better position. Do you still remember your past?

Of course I remember my past, both the happy memories and the bad times.

We wish we could go back to the happy ones but that's not possible.

Yes I do. I remember when my father came to my hostel when I was in college for the first time just to see how I will adjust there. While going back he had tears in his eyes worrying for me how will I survive alone in the hostel.

It is hard leaving home for the first time isn't it? I can remember quite a bit from my past.

take heart and not let the past determine how happy you can be
