I prefer a medium size house

I don't like to live in the big house it means more space to clean. I don't want it too small like I cannot breathe in my house. I want a medium size house where we always see each other not with big houses where we don't find each other as the rooms are so big.
Small spaces we will always bump to each other. Do you have a big house? Our house is quite big but it's enough for us because we are 6 in the family. Our space is just right but we may extend the house when we rebuilt it.

The size of your house should be proportional to your income otherwise in a few years it's gonna fall apart from lack of maintenance plus you have the yearly real estate tax to consider. You also need to consider the number of inhabitants.

@averygirl72 people have their preferences, again if it's proportional to your income and could afford maids, house boys, gardeners etc... If you are into business or planning to put up one, a big house is more advantageous since you can stock up on a lot of things or convert a part for commercial purposes.

@louievill Yes that's our plan in our house. When we start to build it the front of the house will be converted to shops for business. We still have more spaces in front of the house so we can convert it to commercial space

That is true. But I wonder why my aunts want a very big house when they are only 3 living there

Me too, I prefer medium size home than mansion. Its hard to clean the big house it would take days before I can clean all the rooms.

ha ha, hard to find the wife or husband when they have misunderstanding. Me too, I never dream of having a big house, a bungalow is enough for me.
