Back from the gym! January 15

This morning's workout was okay. Nothing too crazy. I'm glad I went and got it done. This is what we did:
1) Barbell squats (5 x 6)
2) Dumbbell incline chest presses (5 x 6)
3) 20 seconds work/40 seconds rest (3 ROUNDS)
a. Jump squats
b. Bear hug sandbag squats
c. Kettlebell swings
d. Kettlebell overhead presses
The last circuit thing definitely got the heart rate going. The squats and chest presses were fine. Overall it wasn't a particularly tough workout. Next one will be Wednesday night at 5 pm.
