What's for dinner? January 15

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am trying a new recipe this evening from Pati Jinich's Mexican Today cookbook: Meatballs in Guajillo Sauce with Zucchini. They will be served over leftover basmati rice and with some roasted cauliflower. The recipe that I have linked to here calls for ground turkey but the one in the cookbook says half ground pork and half ground beef. Otherwise it is exactly the same but it has you adding diced zucchini at the end and cooking it in the sauce for 5 minutes so it softens.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!
