New Jersey gets a new governor tomorrow

And we are so excited about it! This state CANNOT WAIT to be rid of Chris Christie! He is incredibly unpopular after 8 years of his obnoxious rule in Trenton. His Lieutenant Governor ran as the Republican candidate but the Chris Christie legacy is toxic so she didn't stand a chance. Democrat Phil Murphy will be sworn in as our next governor tomorrow. It will be very interesting to see what he does! I have high hopes.

I'm glad Christie is finally getting outta there. I've read some of the shi&&& he's done and I cantstand him.

He is awful. Constantly attacking teachers. Shutting that bridge down to punish a mayor of a town that didn't endorse him. Not funding the pension system for all of these years. Not funding school districts that lost so many tax ratables after Sandy. And to think that he thought he had a shot at being President. . .

@NJChicaa Yeah, I have seen it. He's not a good guy, let alone a good governor. I would hate to have him governing over me.

I only know about Christie because of the jokes made about him. I hope your new Governor is exactly what New Jersey needs.
