Late Lunch Lead to Late Dinner

India
January 16, 2018 9:32am CST
As expected, Today i had late lunch at 4.30 pm So i will have my dinner late as well. Normally i have my dinner at and around 8 Pm but today i will have it after 9 PM. Still not bad as i will have few hours to digest dinner. Do you have any fixed time for dinner or you push it sometimes?

I'm diabetic, so my meals have to be on time, or I pay dearly. I can't eat late at night, or it interferes with my sleep.

Breakfast is around 9am, dinner is around 1pm, and last meal of the day (which we call tea time) is around 5.30pm. The children often have a snack around 8pm to before they go to bed :)

@Daelii because we call Our evening meal “tea time meal” people in other countries often think we mean tea time as in a cup of tea haha

@thesupersingh Nah I don't. My dinner time moves around. At the moment, I eat when I feel like it.

when we don't have breakfast in the morning, we tend to have brunch at 11AM. when we eat lunch late, like 2PM, we still have to eat dinner at 8PM. no, we have not eaten lunch at 4PM.

We stopped our bad habit of eating at 8:00. Now we have dinner at 7:00 unless we eat out.
