Breakfast over so jad a great breakfast .UIjfortunately I
had indigestio wheni got up so I was in a lot of gas
pain then, We had creamof wheat, ,ilkl, ,apple uice,
coffee, scrambled eggs, toast and sausage,
I am fine now but was in a lotof pain at breakfast so
ate very litte. I came u p here amd tried to lie dowm but
I am having a seige of allergy seezing, dripping nose the
works. So here I am mulotting earl but glad Im pain free again.
