Get Moving

Let's get moving for better health and fitness! What are you waiting for? Our bodies are made to move, not to be still. Go for a walk, stretch, run around the park, play with your kids, play a sport, etc. Find something to help you get moving throughout your day. I love to do a walk workout with Leslie Sansone, I walk on the treadmill, or do my TAEBO workout with Billy Banks. Oh, I almost forgot. Don't forget your stretches and strength training exercises too. So how do you get moving for better health and fitness?

I need to start working. I got few kilos extra but I lose motivation fast.

@mrki444 Better go jogging and maintain a strict diet. You can easily reduce atleast 3 kg by next one month .

I start off with 5 sets of 30+ jumping jacks to warm up. Then I follow the fit nation app for daily fat burning exercises. I used to workout with TAEBO when I was younger. I will have to borrow that video from my parents!

@Lignitecityabishek96 It's a workout that incorporates kickboxing, sculpting, ab training and cardio exercises. The one I use is by Billy Blanks.

Taebo sounds like a great workoit. Good for you! I mainly walk and do the elliptical machine usually every day. Keep up the good work!

I track my steps or workout on my phone's inbuilt app. It's good to monitor your workouts will get to know how much calories burned which keep us interested in more.

I do as much as I can and track my steps with a fit bit, I have a daily minimum that I like to reach.
