Blue monday

Where I live there is no Blue Monday so I have no problems. Why do you care about such days?

I also wrote about the Blue Monday, every Monday is not the best day of the week.

I totally agree it must be some kind of marketing, what will they be thinking of next? My Monday and Blue Monday was just like any other.

No, I didn't feel blue. Each day has stress, it depends how we handle it.

My Monday was perfectly ordinary. They seem to keep coming up with 'special' days, don't they?

This has been a quite depressing month so far. Been in the hole the whole month Financially and hoping somehow by March at the latest to somehow be back on track. I am trying to keep positive even with it seeming like everything being a downer for me right now.

Until someone else posted about this on mylot I had never even heard of it. My kids and I had school off so it was a good day for me

So, people don't have money but they want them to shop some more and get into more debt?

Monday was okay with me since the ending of the Saints vs Vikings football game will be some new satire material for my Wordgirl fan fictions and sports blogs.

I don't have Blue Mondays. It is a great day as any other day. Hope things pick up for you.

hmm, let see... Yeah, looking back, I wasted almost the whole Monday preparing a complicated document, only to find out later that there was no need for it. I got a bit mad at myself, but then I consoled myself that I could always use whatever I had there as a template for other files. Hope your week has been good otherwise.

I am glad you are feeling much better when I read towards the end of your discussion. I enjoy writing here, as sometimes when we write, we might think of a solution or a way to cheer up ourselves too. I hope you will be able to find some good money online, so you might still be able to spend a little of what you want. I agree that those special sales are just marketing tricks, but sometimes I do fall into the traps. I am still trying to plan for my year, organize my stuff, my online work and homeschooling my kids. Everything is still in a mess now, but I am learning and growing, and things do get better everyday which makes me feel good. Once in a while, I do worry about our financial issues after I became a stay-at-home mom, but I'll just have to accept and let go of the guilt, and try to find ways to make money online.

no, i never thought about Monday being blue. it is just any ordinary first day of the working week.

I felt great! Life is what you make of it! I plan for Christmas year round so it doesn't hurt after. I also do lifestyle improvement instead of resolutions. :)
