It makes me laugh how football fans will fork over their hard earned money to a charity that is run by a rival quarterback of their favorite football team. The Cincinnati Bengals fans are donating their hard earned money to the Blake Bortles Foundation as a "Thank you" for leading the Jacksonville Jaguars to victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in the American Football Conference Divisional Playoffs last Sunday. It all started when a sports radio station in Cincinnati encouraged Bengals fans to "pay it forward" to donate to Blake Bortles Foundation. 100 Bengals fans have donated around $5,000 dollars to the Blake Bortles Foundation. I can just see Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons fans donate money to Minnesota Vikings quarterback Case Keenum as a thank you note since the Vikings beat the New Orleans Saints in the National Football Conference Divisional Playoff Game last Sunday in Minneapolis Minnesota. Of course New Orleans Saints safety Marcus Williams will be the butt of jokes from the rivals of the New Orleans Saints for his "missed" tackle on Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs who scored the winning touchdown. I can just see the Saints 2017 highlight being called "It Ain't Over Until It's Over."

The money is going to a good cause so I guess that is fine.

I guess fans in Boston will donate money to Pittsburgh for trading Gerrit Cole to Houston meaning the Astros are now vastly superior to the Yankees.

Knowing who asleep sports fans are these days, it will happen.

A lot of sports stars believe in the giving part to their communities.
