That sinking feeling...

We all know that one. The one where your computer hates you and shuts down. After about six weeks of not having computer access, my machine is back up and running. It's maddening to go through this. Especially when my partner is being a yutz and having to remind him that I really, REALLY need my laptop to be up and running again. So I can make some money. Especially after my SocSec came in, and discovering that my Medicare premium takes out not just the 2 percent COLA, but also another bite of needed cash. Gee, thanks US Government, you thieving pack of bloodsuckers. Watching the current follies in Washington, DC is enough to make enough to make anyone ill. Sigh. Oh well, so it goes...

Computer problems can suck but not as much as the thieves in Washington.

No kidding. Sorry about taking so long to reply, but my natural slothliness is kicking in this winter. I can't remember if you were the one who recommended Train To Busan to me, but I did watch it tonight, and really enjoyed it.

Oh yes. I was starting to have panic attacks over the damn thing. I have a small tablet computer, but the keyboard is just a bit too small to operate, and it kept killing my posts here. So far it is working, for now.

I'm technologically challenged. My computer has random hiccups.... In three weeks I will be without Internet access at home for an undetermined length of time.
