or,fear of the number thirteen..
it amazes me some businesses will play into people's fear of thirteen.i've worked in several places that would either not have a thirteenth floor,or any rooms with that number in it.
they can name it what they want..you're still on the 13th floor,people.there's no gap in the building.you're still in room 13.
the funny thing is,at my current job,the room that's always messed up,is of course in my section..room seven.
i guess no lucky seven for me.
come on,man.what's in the box!?

Thirteen is one of my favorite numbers. I think people are foolish for being afraid of numbers.
Like 666. Try handing back $6.66 in change to someone, see how fast they jerk their hand away, like they're being burned by the devil's money...

my bro used to do that at 7-11.a drink and a tv guide appearently came to 6.66..the woman was like "can't you buy 1 more thing?"

@scarlet_woman When I worked at Taco Bell, people would ask to add onto their order if the total came to $6.66, or if the change coming back to them was that amount.

It's all in the mind, the Chinese don't like the number 4. Fear of the number 13 has Christian or should I say pseudo-Christian roots.

They believe that number thirteen is an unlucky number. Even Friday the thirteenth is unlucky day for someone who believe that thirteen is an unlucky number.
