Recently, I came across a woman named Gemma Stafford on the internet. She is a blessing...
I cook for myself and roommates. I mostly use a crockpot and a microwave as I am usually writing all day.
Well, Ms. Stafford came up with "mug meals". All you need are coffee mugs, a microwave and simple ingredients, to make literally meals in a mug.
My roommates won't eat leftovers, put too much on their plates and waste, very picky, etc.
Yesterday, I made pizza mug meals and it was hilarious. One roommate liked it and started to name different things for me to look up for more mug meals.
The portion is perfect, no wasted food, something for everyone to like, no stress, done in minutes. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts, etc.
