Would you keep a pig as pet?

I would love to keep a pig as pet but my only worry would be how to cope when he falls sick as lifting him around would be a task. Big animals are a no no for me after we had the experience of caring for a Dalmatian. Pigs are indeed cute as can be seen in this viideo
I need a pig to cuddle

No, I would never keep a pig as a pet. I'll keep thinking of all his buddies who are turned into pork chops.

@Kandae11 I have had chickens as pets but never ate them. The last one lived for 12 years

Pigs are so adorable when they are babies. I believe with the males they need to be fixed or they get mean. I would have a pet pig but they get expensive to feed as they eat so much. I sure wouldn't have to worry about sending any scraps to the landfill anymore though.

I think pigs are cute. But wouldn't it be messy to take care of. I love cats more

Pigs make really good pets. They are supposed to be just as intelligent as dogs.

I would not, though I think some piglet is cute too. I can't afford to take care of another extra person or animal right now, though my kids have always been asking me to raise a dog or a cat. I am no sure if a pig can be well trained, so it can take care of itself. I would prefer to raise a dog. I liked the Labrador we had.

It would be cool to have a pig as a therapy animal.
