It is early afternoon I got alot done today because Ive been up since 6.30 and now I will nap for about 1 hour. Then wakeup refreshed and continue on decorating for Christmas, and doing the wash.

I hardly take naps. I would take a nap when I didn't get much sleep the day before or when I have a long night ahead of me.
