I tried this mysleepbutton app last night in hope to fall asleep. But last night I really feel sleepy so I really don't need this. I feel bored listening to the random things the app dictates in my ears to imagine. It uses cognitive shuffle. They will say random words like bed, car in interval and you need to imagine them. I think it will not work for me. I will try to just listen to podcast and hope it lulls me to sleep

@averygirl72 Haha, that button doesn't work at all for everyone. You can try some other solutions to fall asleep.

@averygirl72 Forget about the apps. Try something else. Maybe book reading or taking shower before you go to sleep.

I should just make sure I'm really sleepy when I lay on the pillow. Last night I'm very sleepy. I just close my eyes and fell asleep quickly

I don't use sleep aids. It doesn't take me any time to fall asleep.

I think it will not work for me but it made me bored listening to random words. I love nature sounds too but I don't fall asleep too. I just need to wait for me to be sleepy

There are many apps but sadly not of them is effective for my insomnia. I fall asleep last night because I'm really sleepy. I just need to make myself sleepy to fight insomnia
