Back from the grocery store

It was pretty empty when I got there which made getting through there a breeze. I got everything that was on my list as well as a few other things that were good deals: a half shank ham for 99 cents a pound ($9 and change), a Perdue seasoned whole chicken at 50% off (less than $5 total), and Mario Batali dry pasta for 49 cents a box. The fridge and freezers are overflowing. I really need to NOT go shopping next week!

I have made it a resolution to stop grocery shopping so much! Last week I bought cat food and diet coke, that was it. I need to eat up what is in the deep freezer before it freezer burns and is wasted.
