Do you pray? Why?

I saw this prayer years ago, I don't know the author, but I keep it in my Bible:
I love you......prayer of adoration.
I'm sorry.... ...prayer of confession.
Thank you.....prayer of gratitude.
Help me........prayer of petition for comfort and strength.
Help them.....prayer for others.
Use me.........prayer of dedication.
Do you pray? Who do you pray to? I know we have many myLotters of different faiths. I pray to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, who is the Father of His Son Jesus Christ, and to the Holy Spirit. All are the Holy Trinity.
Do you believe praying helps or matters? I do. I feel I can never have too many people praying for me. I believe God hears our prayers and answers them, whether it's yes, no, or wait.
God has answered many prayers over my life time, but there are some which will only be answered in heaven.
What are your thoughts on prayer?

I love praying-mostly for other people now a days! =) God knows our own needs so we should seek Him and He will help us with whatever we need. He always provides. =)

Every morning I say a prayer I wrote myself thanking the Lord for another day and that I am able to think and do and at night when I go to bed I say the Lord's Prayer. I know it is the Lord who gets me through my days and keep me going.

I pray and I like how you showed the different prayer types. Mine are like a combination of them in one. For me its more like talking to a dear diary but its to god instead. Some prayer types differ a little..
Morning tends to be thank you, please guide me again today... And night time is thank you and watch over/ help... With random prayers as felt needed.
I don't think you can talk too much to god. Issues come when you speak yo little or forget to

I start my day with prayer and end it with one, there are also ones in between. I would say I have never felt so blessed walking wirh Him and his word always with me.

Yes, I pray daily. I need to pray. My relationship with Jesus Christ is what I live for. Without Him, I have nothing.
