National Hugging Day !

Today is apparently National Hugging Day in the USA ( Don't know how widespread it is worldwide ) I do agree a hug feels good ..especially when things are not going so well or you meet up with old friends or family.
I do have to wonder though, as a male and with all the cases / claims of sexual assault this past year if its wise for a guy - or woman - to go around just giving hugs!.
There is a time and a place for everything.
I doubt I'll be giving / receiving a bunch of hugs today at work !! ..

@Luap1050 I am not sure it would go down so well in some parts. For example, someone might decide to slide a knife in as I am hugging them and rob me!

I'm a hugger, but not if I sense the other person is not. You're right that men especially these days have to be more cautious.
