A Day to Just Relax

Happy Sunday everyone!
My plans for today.....NOTHING!! It's rare that I can anticipate a day with nothing to do and I'm happy to just be a slug today.
The house is clean, the laundry is all caught up and the grocery shopping is done too.
Today I get to sit and relax and just enjoy a day of nothing. I can do whatever I want and no one is expecting anything from me or me from them.
Ahhhh it's so nice that I almost feel as if I'm on vacation

I could use a day like thiat. The next two weeks will be extra busy. Getting everything done before I leave. Also...on Friday the princess's comes for a sleepover that will end the morning I leave.

With everything you have going on I'm sure you need a day off and hopefully you'll get one when you get settled in the new place.

@Marilynda1225 I plan to take at least one day...when I'm alone to spend the day relaxing...no deadlines....no goals (other than to pamper myself a bit) a book to rad...or listen to....a hot cup of coffee in hand....heaven....
That will be me this afternoon-Julia Slug, how's that sound?

Even though I'm retired I'm always busy so it's nice to have a day to do nothing

thats wonderful. i used to love one of those days now and then, but lots of times i would sleep so much it was like it was over in no time. lol

I love those kind of days. Only thing I had to do today was put the clean dishes away, then put the dirty in the dishwasher so I could defrost a turkey in the sink. (:
