Basant panchami, Spring season

Basant panchami festivals arrival of spring and harvest after winters. It is the first day of spring season. Yellow colour is specialty of this day. Basant panchami is celebrated to honour Saraswati, Goddess of Education. Everyone enjoy this festival with great fun and enthusiasm. Wish you all a very happy basant panchami

I wonder if here it is getting celebrated. Here we enjoyed Utrayan (makarsakranti) few days before. Though I don't know much about it, so can't say more. But Happy Basant Pachmi to all.

Good enjoyed in makar sakranti . basant panchami is gives yellow colour festival. in this days people wear yellow dress and make yellow sweet rice and aslo pooja in temple

The harvest festival is called by different names and celebrated all throughout India. Makar Sankranti, is celebrated in January denoting sun's transit into the Capricorn. Wish you too best wishes of the season - siva
