Do you think that would be a filling lunch? I am planning to eat only salad for lunch for a whole week. We have limited ingredients in our country though. Only lettuce, cabbage and spinach is easily available here.
Do you have favorite ingredients to put in your salad?

I eat salad very often for lunch and dinner. But I usually add some protein into it, like cheese or meat.

I do know that salad for lunch would be great. You can add other ingredients such as fruits and canned tuna or chicken. If you are looking after your weight, you might want to take it easy on the condiments and sauces.

I also do that but I add and eat boiled potato or a hard boiled egg with a little, mayo, butter or a pinch of salt otherwise it lacks body for me and I would get hungry in a few hours.
