There are very good and average cooks among us.
Many have some favorite dishes they like to cook.
There are many easy to cook recipes.
Some dishes are difficult to cook -not for all,of course.
If you are like me you may avoid cooking difficult recipes.
Or may be it is Baking that is difficult -- like me.(I have almost given up baking.)
So,any particular dish you find a bit difficult? (or may be very difficult?)

I think I am a fairly good cook, my mom always seems to enjoy my cooking, so that is a plus haha I am just terrible at presentation, I am good at baking cakes, they always taste amazing, but they look so bad haha

When we are cooking for family, presentation need not be best. But if you have guests, yes it should be nice.

@silvermist I don't really agree with that haha if guests know what something is, they won't mind how it looks.

Baking is my weak point too. I am more of an average cook with one or two specialty dish thrown in. But I haven't cooked in a while.

@silvermist In the day when I did cook, curry goat was a favorite. Also curry fish and a dry stew chicken. I do a mean casserole dish using yam, sweet potato, fried tomatoes and off course elbow macaroni and cheese.

@silvermist Yes we do. But I don't like too spicy. I tend to keep it medium. And I still find it hot. Next time I will try the mild one. What about you? Do you like spicy food?

Nothing is difficult for me. I love to cook anything. My problem sometimes is I need to cut and chopped a lot of vegetables or other ingredients. The easiest to cook for me is Adobo
