Ooops, I searched the wrong term

I was doing a cooking search and inadvertently strayed far away from cooking. My husband likes corned beef hash, or roast beef hash. We have even seen things like turkey and sweet potato hash. I got creative last night and made a breakfast casserole. I opened a can of corned beef hash and layered it in the bottom of a "brownie pan". On top of it I poured six scrambled up eggs. Baked at 350 until set up, then added a layer of shredded cheese. When I have something made to warm up for breakfast and the lunches all packed my morning routine goes much better. Now we will see if this will post or if the filter kicks me out. My first search, before I said "make your own breakfast hash" gave me all kinds of drug related results.

This is curious, sometimes you get weird results from your searches.

Since hash is short for hashish I should have expected this.

@LadyDuck You were right, and it never even crossed my mind until my results came up.

@GardenGerty I thought that in English it could be short for hashish.

MyLot is a bit touchy about some terms isn't it?

@GardenGerty Yes, I believe it isn't as bad as it was. However it will find suspect word(s) in the middle of harmless words and that seems a bit rich.

The breakfast bake turned out really good. Next time I will put peppers and onions in the eggs as well.

@GardenGerty It's always fun to experiment. I don't think I've made my egg bake the same way twice.

I searched earlier this morning for a remedy for "scratched screen" and got something having to do with steam...

Sometimes you wonder how they make those kinds of connections.

That does sound good. I had to laugh about the search results. It is funny the way some of the searches are so far off from what we want.

I am pleased to report it was an easy make ahead meal. It is not addictive and did not intoxicate us either.

Funny how some things get misconstrued when we do an online search. Your breakfast hash sounds really good

Check your grocer's. Here it is Hormel, same people who make SPAM. Also comes as Mary Kitchen and various store brands.
