Can sleeping late be a problem? I sleep 8 hours, but I fall asleep at 3 AM. And what do you do for a better sleep? What's your evening routine?
What time do you wake up? Do you feel better upon waking up? If yes, your body has adapted to your sleeping routine. I usually sleep for 6 to 8 hours in variations.
I wake up at 10 AM, or 11 AM. I feel better when I wake up. Sometimes I fell asleep at 5 AM. And that was awful. I had insomnia then. I was very tired at waking. I have IBS and can't drink milk.

I don't have a routine as I always decided to get off
:30 but I get busy...
wow, that is very very late.. that is the witching hour
milk is good, also exercising in the morning so you will feel tired at night
Drink milk it could help you to have a nice sleep. You may also read books so you could sleep easily.
I have no routines. I sleep whenever I am sleepy. Nowadays I am not at all sleepy. I need sleeping pills to sleep. :(
