A Frien told me taking cold shower very early in the morning is dangerous for health , and i was trying to figure it out how does it really interfear with your health

It does not interfere with your health. Your friend has told you nonsense. I don't like cold showers in the morning but if you like them, then it's ok.

My boiler does not heat up fast so my showers in the winter are not warm.

@Mamygel No, I do not Vallary, I have no choice in the winter. In the summer it heats up fast and I can have nice warm water.

well i guess if it's winter. I like taking cold shower in Spring and winter.
