midnight. can't sleep

sleeping is a prospective which is need for our body to rest all organ inside. but I can't sleep tonight. what should I do friend? give your comments below okay ?? .

I personally love listening to music. R&B is my favourite and I listen until I get drowsy. Listen to your favourite genre in bed, close your eyes and I’m sure after a few minutes you’ll be knocked out.

The more you get up from bed and the more you toss in turn, means sleep will not come. All the getting up and tossing and turning increases stress. Stress interferes with sleep.

Just think something hard, or think about ur problem today before go to bed, u will feel tired and so on u can sleep well cause u think about something hard, it make ur energy go down.

Close your eyes count down from 500 to 0 and just close your eyes and wait to drift off from sleep

Read book until you get sleepy. Take a warm bath and drink a warm milk. Still nothing happens, just stay put in your bed. Let your thoughts wander and focus to only one topic or subject and you will get soon to sleep.
